Graboyes Gives Back to School

Supporting local education with school supplies for teachers

Graboyes Gives Back to School

August 19, 2024

Graboyes celebrated 75 years in business by supporting local education, giving backpacks filled with school supplies to teachers in the Norristown Area School District. They worked with the school district to find teachers in need of the extra support and determine what supplies were most necessary.

Ultimately, Graboyes staff hand-delivered 95 backpacks of supplies on August 19th.

“Special education teachers frequently juggle numerous roles and responsibilities, embodying dedication and compassion in their work. Our NASD special education teachers handle these challenges with remarkable grace and a positive attitude. It’s truly invigorating to collaborate with an organization, such as Graboyes, that not only values their crucial role but also goes the extra mile to support them just as they support our students.”
Dr. Casey Molitor

Director of Pupil Services and Special Education, Norristown Area School District

“We are so very grateful for the generous donation from Graboyes to support our students and teachers as we start the new school year.  As a fixture in our district community for 75 years, we appreciate their efforts to give back and ensure students and teachers can start the new year with fresh school supplies that will afford them the very best opportunities this coming year.”

Mr. Christopher Dormer

Superintendent of Schools
